Ohn-No-Khao-Swe

(I’d have this as my last supper dish!)
One of the national dishes of Burma.
A chicken & coconut dish served traditionally with egg noodles but I perfer serving it with rice noodles as it keeps the dish light. Garnishes are sprinkled on top: I serve chopped corainder, deep-fried garlic, chilli flakes, boiled egg and lime juice.
